Registration is now closed! Until 23 June, you can register to participate only in the opening day on 7 July 2025.
One Day Registration:
This option guarantees access to all sessions and activities scheduled for 7 July 2025 only. Requests submitted after 23 June 2025 will not be accepted.
Registration is online. Participants can pay using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), PayPal account or bank transfer. The entire process is simple and secure.
Cancellation Policy:
The registration cancellation refund policy is as follows: cancellations made before March 31 will receive a full refund; cancellations made between April 1 and May 15 will receive a 50% refund; no refunds will be issued for cancellations made after May 15. All cancellations must be submitted via email to info@ciheambaricongressmpu2025.org.

Note:
* Proof of student/early career researcher status is required to be eligible for the relevant registration fee. Student/Researcher ID or a letter from the Head of Department/Director of the Doctoral School/PhD tutor on the institution’s letterhead should be uploaded when filling in the registration form. Identity document will be used as proof of age.
